Laboratory Services (Analytical Lab)

State of Art Facilities in Laboratory: It has GC-MS/MS, ICP-OES, AAS, ED-XRF, CHNS, TOC, Advaced Microbiology facilities. The Laboratory can take up Monitoring and Analysis in the following fields as per the NABL scope and others:

  • Hazardous Wastes Analysis for 78 parameters *as per SC-II of HWM rules 2016

  • Authorized Certification Agency for evaluation of performance of STP’s for rebate with HMWS&SB
  • EPTRI is carrying out Organic Analysis by GS-MSMS for PCB’s for Customs Dep. Kolkatha
  • Organo Chlorine and Organo Phosphorous pesticides in food and water analyzed under DSIR project
  • Qualitative Analysis of Organic Pollutants/Contaminates in Pharma Effluents for estimation of illegal discharges
  • Evaluation & Quality Monitoring of Effluent Treatment Plants and data for up gradation of ETP’s
  • Guidance to Industries & Organizations in environmental monitoring and analysis
  • Carrying out post project Environment Monitoring (PPEM) to access Environmental Clearance for various Coal Mines in Telangana
  • Expertise in generation of Base Line Data (BLD) for preparation of EIA & EMP Reports and carried out 50 BLD’s so far
  • Taken up exhaustive PPEM monitoring for a large Thermal Power Station (STPP- Jaipur) for all the parameters stipulated in EC
  • Coal Analysis for ultimate and proximate parameters as per IS Methods
