A two (2) day training workshop on Climate Change Mitigation: Role of Forestry Sinks within Clean Development Mechanism Framework for Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers was held at EPTRI from 29th to 30th January 2019. IFS officers from twelve (12) States and one (1) Union Territory participated in the workshop. The participants deliberated on climate change mitigation options with relation to the forestry sector. The workshop was inaugurated by Shri. B. Kalyan Chakravarthy, IAS, Director General, EPTRI.
